| going above and beyond with customer service I would like to take this opportunity to commend your service department on a job well done as well as going above and beyond with customer service. Friday I had a fuel pump go out on my 2004 Dodge Ram truck. We contacted your service department who in turn suggested a towing company to take the truck to your service department from Rush Valley. On Saturday we stopped by at 8:30am and to my surprise Oliver told me that the repairs were already underway. Oliver and your Cummins mechanic “Shane” were VERY honest & helpful in their explanation of what was wrong with the truck and told me that they would their very best to have my truck back to me that day. Oliver kept in touch with me by phone and Shane even offered to stay late if I wasn’t able to return before the shop closed at 3. Oliver billed me and I made payment before the repairs were done so I wouldn’t have to wait until Monday to pick up the truck, and we agreed to lock the keys inside the truck so no one would have to stay. Customer service like this is what turns a bad experience like a break down into a little more bearable situation. I hope I have the Cummins mechanics name correct, because these are two of the most pleasant people that I have run into as far as customer service goes, in a very long time. They gave the impression that they really cared, and I want you to know of their efforts to make this customer happy. Thank you! - Tim Frazier, Rush Valley, Utah | |
| outstanding employees at your Ford Dealership Dear Trent,
This letter is to advise you of two outstanding employees at your Ford Dealership. Carole and I wish to commend Scott Watkins and Roy Bakker. This is due to the following repair work on our two Ford vehicles.
Our 2005 Ford 500 developed a loud thumping noise in the rear, so I called Scott to set up an appointment and requested that Roy do the work if possible. We took the car in and the two rear shocks had to be replaced. A few days later another noise started in the rear again; this was a different sound than before and quite loud, so I called Scott again and got us a rental car, so we could get back to Wendover. Scott called the next day and advised the parts would have to be ordered from the factory and he would call when it was done, a week later he called and said the parts had to be manufactured and it would take another week, to just keep the rental as the cost was being covered for us. The car was in for 18 days then Scott called and said it was ready. The rear sway bars and parts had to be completely replaced. The car rode and handled so much better and was a lot quieter. We really appreciated all the help from these two men.
July 12th I called Scott and got an appointment for my 2004 F150. I told him when I applied the brakes to slow down the steering wheel would shake and shimmy and the truck would lurch, also all four doors were really rattling and sounded like they were going to fall off as well as the wind blowing through them again I ask for Roy to work on the truck. We took the truck into Quality Ford on Friday July 14th, we got there at 9:00 A.M. and Roy was waiting for us and took the truck right in. Scott called Enterprise (car rental) for us and we rented a car so we could go to Salt Lake, about three hours later Scott called and said the truck was ready to be picked up.
When we picked it up Scott told me Roy had come down on his day off to do the work as I had requested him, this was really going the extra mile and really appreciated. The rotors had to be turned and some parts replaced, the doors had to be worked on and adjusted, it is nice and quit like it was when I first got it.
To have Scoot and Roy go this extra mile to help us is something you do not always get, and we really appreciate it. We would like to request that you pass this information on to Scoot and Roy and let them know we really appreciate them. They have both become friends to us. - Lamar and Carole Melville, Wendover, UT
| This is the kind of customer service I like to see Dear Aaron,
I purchased a Ranger on Nov 17 at the Tooele Quality Store. I’m very happy with the little truck. George Rosca was the sales person. He is a very pleasant young man and very professional. I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered. I want to thank you for your time and keeping in touch with me. This is the kind of customer service I like to see. I’m a senior citizen and I thought this kind of service was gone forever.
Thank You, - Teresa Wood, Tooele, UT
