I wanted to send you a letter expressing my total satisfaction with your dealership and staff!
I was recently in the market for a Silverado half ton crew cab. Although I had never purchased a vehicle through internet leads, I decided to research a potential purchase on the internet. I received a reply within hours from both Megan Stout and Mike Fonger and found your price to be several hundred dollars lower than the next closest competitor.
On September 23rd, I hesitantly drove from my home in Layton to Tooele fearing some sort of a “bait and switch” tactic, or as is so often the case to have other hidden fees added. When I arrived, Megan, Justin Smith, and others of your sales staff were not only great to deal with, but were very honest and straight forward with a no hassle attitude.
When I came back on the 24th to purchase the truck, the experience was equally as satisfying. Not only were the sales people wonderful, but Steve Caloca was willing to answer my many finance questions without making me feel like an idiot.
Even after my purchase, Jeff in parts saved me a decent sum of money on a pick-up shell through a totally unrelated company, and even the lot workers made me feel more like family than a customer!
I have been telling everyone I come in contact with about the wonderful experience I had with The Blue “Q”, and tell them that the drive to Tooele will be more than worth their time and effort. I truly could not be more satisfied!
